Return Policy


Sales Policy

All radios carry a one year warranty against manufacturers defects, with the exception of Galaxy which has a two year warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or improper handling such as, bad power connections or poor antenna. If you are installing the unit yourself be certain to read our section on antennas. We will be happy to answer any questions about radios or antenna's via e-mail.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover,  American Express, and personal checks. Merchandise will not be shipped until the check has been verified. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping and handling. All merchandise will be shipped ground unless otherwise predetermined.

Return Policy

The procedure  for return merchandise requires an RMA number.    Do not refuse merchandise as it will take much longer for you to receive your credit .  Without an authorization number it is extremely difficult to track merchandise.  The form will give you instructions where to ship the merchandise to .   Shipping is non refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.  Merchandise must be in the original unopened package in the exact condition it was received.  Please call 561-687-0080 or email for our Return Merchandise Authorization form which must accompany your order.  You will be given an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted.
